Description:
RX 821002 hydrochloride is an effective analgesic that belongs to the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It works by inhibiting the activity of a particular enzyme, α1-acid glycoprotein, which is involved in the inflammatory response. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on norepinephrine levels and on the receptor for α2-adrenergic agonists. The drug has been shown to be effective in treating pain symptoms such as antinociceptive and 5HT2A receptor modulation. RX 821002 hydrochloride also binds to chromatographic science and hydrogen bonds with dopamine. This drug has been shown to have no effect when given to animals with adrenergic receptors blocked.
